1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
- We ship orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
- Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Delivery confirmation from the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) will serve as proof of delivery.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- We will provide any documentation needed to assist in your claim.

- Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.
