Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package each order before shipping. In the rare case that your product arrives damaged or defective:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include clear photos or video of the product and packaging.
- Once reviewed and verified, we will issue either a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives with the wrong product or is missing an item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the package and packing slip.
- We will promptly correct the error at no additional cost.
Order Issues & Chargebacks
- Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will delay resolution and may affect your ability to order from us in the future.
- We maintain detailed records, including product photos, packing verification, and delivery confirmation, to dispute false claims of damage or non-delivery.
